Swart's professional experience spans from the management of violent crime investigations and crime intelligence operations for one of South Africa’s largest banking groups, as well as for one of the Country’s leading cash-in-transit companies. He had a 22-year career with the South African Police Service (SAPS).

Swart has also been instrumental in addressing serious and violent criminal syndicates in South Africa, as well as in the training of crime intelligence structures in numerous African Countries. Over the last number of years he applied his trade as a Forensic Computer / Cellular phone examiner in major projects such as VBS Bank, Transnet and the SME Bank of Namibia.

PAUL LANGA is the Group Chief Executive of Zonkizizwe Investments He gained significant security management expertise both through the application of academic disciplines where he achieved, amongst others, qualifications in risk assessment, security policy development and security management and in practical work. In 1992, he obtained a Diploma in Security Management. In 1993, he obtained a Diploma in Role of People’s Organization in Community and Nation Building (Israel). 1994 achieved Diplomas in Security Management in West Yorkshire Police Training School (UK). In 1991 – 1993, he served as a Regional Organizer for the African National Congress. He served 14 years on Robin Island for political offences.
